  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 12 baby leaves spinach
  • 2 oz turkey

The recipe is great for a bento box! Bento boxes are all the rage in kids' lunches. Not only are they très chic, they are also perfect for dividing your kids' lunches according to MyPlate guidelines for 6 to 11 year olds. If you can't find a bento box, you can get the same effect using divided Tupperware.


  1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over tortilla.

  2. Lay ingredients down in the middle of the tortilla.

  3. Roll tortilla tightly.

  4. Wrap in plastic wrap.

  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.

  6. To slice, cut each roll up in 8 even slices.
