  • 1 cucumber, seeded, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • to taste salt and pepper

Directions
