  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp Crisco┬« olive oil
  • 15 oz can chili beans
  • 15 oz can pinto beans
  • 14 1/2 oz unsalted tomatoes
  • 4 oz frozen spinach
  • 3 cup cooked brown rice

This low calorie, Vegetarian Chili with basic ingredients makes it EASY to prepare for parties and large gatherings. Ideal for anyone with a variety of food preferences, and leftovers taste even better the next day!

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in oil.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer until heated through - 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Serve over brown rice.
