Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp Crisco® olive oil
  • 15 oz can chili beans
  • 15 oz can pinto beans
  • 14 1/2 oz unsalted tomatoes
  • 4 oz frozen spinach
  • 3 cup cooked brown rice

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in oil.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a boil.
