Velveeta Mini Corn Dog Muffins

Whether you're party planning or indulging in a childhood favorite, these cheesy mini corn dog muffins are a treat for your tastebuds!


  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 2 ounces Velveeta, cut into 24 small cubes
  • 4 Hot dogs, cut into 6 pieces

Heat oven to 375°F.

Prepare muffin batter as directed on package. 

Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups generously with cooking spray and fill with batter.

Press 1 Velveeta cube and 1 hot dog slice into the center of each muffin batter cup. 

Bake 10 – 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
