White Chicken Chili


  1. In a large pot, saute garlic and onions in oil until tender, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add chicken broth, beans, salsa, seasonings, and chicken.

  3. Mix thoroughly and simmer covered for 30 minutes.

  4. Stir in cheese and sour cream until melted.
