White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 16 oz chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can Mrs. GrimesĀ® White Chili Bean
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cup chicken, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

Directions

  1. In a large pot, saute garlic and onions in oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
