  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cup nuts


  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler or glass dish placed over pot with 1 inch water.

  2. Remove bowl from heat when chocolate is melted and stir in oil, cranberries and nuts.

  3. Spread the mixture on to a baking sheet so it's about ½ inch thick.

  4. Set bark at room temperature to harden, break into pieces.
