Melt chocolate in double boiler or glass dish placed over pot with 1 inch water.
Remove bowl from heat when chocolate is melted and stir in oil, cranberries and nuts.
Spread the mixture on to a baking sheet so it's about ½ inch thick.
Set bark at room temperature to harden, break into pieces.
