All about pomegranates! These tasty, juicy, slightly tart seeds are in peak season from September-January. These are great additions to smoothies, cereal, yogurt, and salads or can be eaten plain by the handful!
How to Cut:

Make a circular score round top and remove cap.

Score down exterior rind five or six times taking care not to cut into seeds.

Pry fruit open with hands.

Hit back with wooden spoon over plate or bowl to loosen seeds
Helpful hint: Be careful with cutting as juice may stain clothing.
