The Basic Bite

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

Fiber

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
 

Apple Cinnamon

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup applesauce
2 tsp. cinnamon

Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
 

Cranberry

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup dried cranberries
 

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
1 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
 

Pumpkin
