BLT Salad


  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half


  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Servings: 8


Place bacon a 350 degree oven for twenty minutes. Drain, crumble and set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Season the dressing with salt.

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and croutons in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing, and serve immediately.
