Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup coconut flake, toasted
- 1 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
