- 8 oz Velveeta
- 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 2 cup frozen broccoli
Cut Velveeta into cubes and chop frozen broccoli.
Combine the Velveeta, Rotel, and chopped broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for one minute and stir; repeat until the Velveeta is smooth.
Serve warm with fresh veggie slices (bell peppers, cauliflower, carrots, etc.) or whole grain tortilla chips.
