Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cup fresh berries
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts
- 4 tsp honey
Directions

Combine milk, water and quinoa in a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low;

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

Stir in berries and cinnamon.

Top with honey and nuts.
