  • 15 oz cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 dash Black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place beans, garlic, lemon juice, oil and parsley in blender or food processor.

  3. Pulse until mixture is coarsely chopped.

  4. Season with pepper, to taste.
