Stephen Morgan serves as Vice President of Information Technology Operations at Fareway Stores, Inc., where he leads IT operations, strategy, and vendor partnerships that support the company’s growth.
Stephen joined Fareway in 2007 and has advanced through a range of technical and leadership roles, giving him a broad, hands-on perspective on the business. He takes pride in developing his team and working closely with business partners to deliver practical, reliable solutions that support daily store operations and long-term growth.
Stephen is actively engaged in the broader technology community through organizations such as the Technology Association of Iowa and supports charitable initiatives including Variety, the Children’s Charity, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. He also serves on the board for the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, where he contributes his experience in support of local community programs.
Stephen and his wife live in the Des Moines metropolitan area, where they enjoy staying connected to the local community.
