The approximately 7,400 square foot store provides a second-to-none, full-service butcher counter with only the best in fresh, highest quality meat, including USDA Choice and Prime Beef, all-natural chicken, and 100% certified Duroc pork, all cut-to-order. Additionally, the location will offer to-go barbecue meal options through McGonigle’s Kitchen and Catering, similar to services at the 79th and Ward Parkway location. Traditional, Kansas City barbecue favorites prepared by our experts, include beef brisket, burnt ends, sausage rolls, pulled pork, brisket mac and cheese, steakhouse baked beans, other deli salads, and so much more will be smoked fresh and available daily. The new store will be managed by Market Manager Dru Leyden. The store is open to the public beginning Tuesday, July 12 during normal store hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
