FAREWAY STORES, INC. OPENS NEW STORE IN FORT MADISON
Grand opening of store located at 1820 Avenue H, Fort Madison
NEWS RELEASE (Fort Madison) – Fareway Stores, Inc. hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening today for a new store at 1820 Avenue H. The more than 19,000 square foot store will provide for an unmatched, full-service meat counter; farm-fresh produce; and the highest level of customer service, all at low, competitive prices.
“We appreciate the efforts of the former property owner and local city officials who worked hard to make this store a reality,” said Fareway CEO Reynolds W. Cramer. “The new location has been highly anticipated by Fareway staff, community stakeholders, and area residents alike, and we’re excited to serve the citizens of Fort Madison.”

The new store will be managed by Grocery Manager Mark Braun and Market Manager Mike Hanna.
