A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Thursday, May 26, 2016 for the new Omaha Meat Market located at 8900 West Center Road, Suite 106, in the Loveland Centre. The new 6,400 square foot meat market will provide the same unmatched, full-service meat counter, serving USDA choice & prime beef and all-natural chicken and pork that customers have come to know and expect. In addition, the store will offer an expanded seafood section, a selection of artisan cheeses, high quality wine and craft beer, as well as other specialty and exclusive items. The market will also offer cooking recipes and wine pairings for its customers.
“We will offer a new and unique Fareway experience through this meat market,” said CEO Reynolds W. Cramer. “Fareway is very excited to bring this first-ever concept to Omaha and expand our 78-year commitment to providing only the best in fresh, quality meat, with the highest level of customer service.”
The new market store will be managed by tenured employee Jake Jurgens. The space was designed by local firm TACKarchitects and offers high end finishes, blending Fareway’s history with a fresh perspective. This location will be the 114th store!
