Eligibility for certain benefits varies based on your position, full-time/part-time status and length of employment.
The Transparency in Coverage Rule establishes a requirement that group health plans and health insurance issuers in the individual and group markets disclose through a self-service tool made available by the plan or issuer on an internet website, cost sharing information for certain items or services from their provider. Plans and issuers must make cost-sharing information available through machine-readable files. Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa creates and posts the machine-readable files on behalf of Fareway Stores, Inc. The link to access the machine-readable files is available here.
