Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Sliders
- 1 (12 ounce tray) dinner rolls
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 slices cheddar cheese OR 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder OR onion flakes
Who doesn't love a good chicken, bacon, and ranch combo? These sliders are the perfect appetizers or snacks for those backyard gatherings this season! Let's get to cookin'.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Slice rolls in half lengthwise and place in a baking dish with sides.
3. Layer chicken, bacon, cheese and Ranch dressing on rolls and place tops back on rolls.
4. Mix together butter, garlic powder and onion powder and pour over rolls.
5. Cover dish with foil and bake until cheese is melted, 20–30 minutes.
6. Remove foil and bake until tops are golden brown, and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
**Substitute shredded chicken with 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken or 1-pound sliced deli chicken or turkey.
