Looking for a quick and flavorful dinner packed with all of your favorite veggies, spices, chicken sausage, and more? Well, here you go! This Sausage and Vegetable Sheet Pan recipe is ideal for those nights when you want something simple, that will also leave everyone going back for seconds.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F.

2. Toss vegetables with oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Arrange sliced sausage and vegetables on a large sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

3. Stir, then bake until vegetables are crisp tender, 10–15 minutes.

**You’ll need about 4 cups of chopped vegetables, so swap in whatever you have on hand. Broccoli, bell peppers, small potatoes, cauliflower or asparagus all work! We used flavored chicken sausage but use your favorite pre-cooked sausage.
