A wedge salad is built on a wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce, served whole instead of chopped. It’s a classic summer salad that we’ve topped with juicy steak (cooked any way you like it!) and a from-scratch dressing that serves easy elegance. Try it with our Skillet-to-Oven steak.
Directions
Combine salad dressing ingredients.
Remove core from iceberg lettuce and cut in half, into 2 large wedges.
Top each wedge with remaining salad ingredients and dressing.
