Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
- 1 pound chicken tenders or chicken breast sliced into tenders
- 1 cup panko
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- to taste, salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
All ages can appreciate the juicy inside and crispy coating of fried chicken. By using the air fryer (or your oven), you can devour a healthier favorite packed with protein.

Directions
1. Season panko breadcrumbs with garlic, salt and pepper. To bread chicken tenders, place flour, eggs and panko into 3 separate bowls, plates or pie plates. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess, then eggs, then panko.
2. Air fry at 400°F until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature, 10–12 minutes, working in batches if necessary.
OR bake at 400°F until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature, 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
