  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and rub onto pork tenderloin.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-hot.
  3. Cover and grill tenderloin for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 F.
  4. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill for 5 more minutes, or until sauce is caramelized.
  5. Remove tenderloin from grill and let rest 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
