  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Pulse broccoli florets in a food processor until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.

Shape mixture into small “nuggets” and bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 20–25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the tots are cooked through.
