- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked
- 1 (8 ounce) jar basil pesto
- 1 can artichoke hearts in brine, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella pearls
- 1 (6 ounce) bag baby spinach, finely chopped
- 4 Garden Spinach Herb wraps
Chicken Pesto Wraps are packed with flavor thanks to a jar of prepared pesto. Try using leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Directions
Combine chicken, pesto, artichoke hearts, mozzarella and baby spinach in a tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up. Secure with a toothpick or sear shut, if desired.
