  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium shallot, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 3 Tbsp. crumbled Feta
  • to taste salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
