This French Toast in a Mug recipe has everything you love about the classic breakfast dish wrapped into only five minutes of prep and cook time. You can make this for your kids, yourself, or make mugs for the whole family!
- Spray a 16 ounce microwave-safe mug with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk egg, cinnamon and vanilla extract until blended. Add bread and press down into the egg. Set mixture aside so bread can absorb the egg mixture, 5 minutes. Microwave on high until egg is set, 60–90 seconds.
- Top with butter, syrup and fruit, as desired.
