These Ground Pork Lettuce Wraps combine craveable flavors in 20 minutes. They’re a protein-packed handheld that feels refreshing yet hearty. We recommend using bib lettuce, but any large lettuce leaf will work!

Ground Pork Lettuce Wraps

Directions

For the ground pork

Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Add sesame oil. Add ground pork and cook until cooked through, 5–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drain any rendered fat, if necessary.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, honey, water chestnuts, green onions, shredded carrots and sriracha or red pepper flakes (if desired).  Cook until the liquid has thickened, 3–5 minutes.

To assemble

Top lettuce leaves with rice and cooked pork. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
