A simple and easy, protein-rich food that can be enjoyed on its own or added to other dishes for extra flavor and nutrition.

Directions
1. In a large pot, cover eggs with about 1 inch of water.
2. Turn stove on to medium-high and set a timer for 20 minutes (the water may not boil).
3. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath (ice + water in a bowl) and let eggs cool.
4. Voila! The perfect hardboiled eggs! Store eggs in the refrigerator, unpeeled.
