For the meatballs
- 2 lbs. ground turkey breast
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- To taste salt and pepper
For the sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha, to taste
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
If you're a sweet and spicy lover, these meatballs are perfect for you! You can serve these over rice or noodles of your choosing.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375⁰F.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs (about 40 meatballs).
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake until browned and cooked through, 20‒25 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, combine ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, then simmer for 8–10 minutes.
Toss meatballs in sauce and serve.
