- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 C. water, divided
- 1 (24 oz.) jar pasta sauce
- 8 oz. dry spaghetti, broken to fit into pot

Turn Instant Pot® or electric pressure cooker to sauté. Add oil and ground beef. Crumble and brown ground beef until cooked through, 5–8 minutes. Drain any rendered fat, if necessary, then season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Add ½ cup of water and pasta sauce to pot. Stir well to combine, scraping any browned bits off the bottom.
Add spaghetti noodles on top of ground beef mixture. Do not stir, otherwise the noodles will burn to the bottom of the pot.
Add remaining 1½ cups water on top of noodles (do not stir).
Set the pressure cooker to high for 8 minutes.
Once cooked, quick release the pressure and stir to combine.
