Ingredients
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/4 cup quick oats
- 3/4 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- optional coarse or flakey salt
These Peanut Butter Bars are rich, chewy, and irresistibly satisfying. Made with creamy peanut butter and a soft, cookie-like base, they’re the perfect no-fuss treat for peanut butter lovers. Topped with chocolate, they deliver sweet, nutty goodness in every bite.

Directions
1. Combine peanut butter, honey and oats. Spread into an 8x8” baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Or, cover dish with parchment or wax paper.
2. Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, stirring occasionally, 1–2 minutes. OR heat in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
3. Pour chocolate on top of peanut butter mixture. Top with salt, if desired.
4. Place bars in the refrigerator or freezer until chocolate is hard.
5. Remove and cut into 12 squares.
6. Store in the refrigerator.
