Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into pats
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced into coins
- 1 Tbsp. oil
This pork tenderloin with carrots recipe is quick and delicious. The best thing? You only need one sheet pan!

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Rub over pork tenderloin.

Place tenderloin on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Place butter pats on top.

Toss carrots with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Add carrots to sheet pan around pork tenderloin.

Bake until tenderloin internal temperature reaches 145°F and carrots are tender, 25 minutes.
