Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashion rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup raspberries

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients except raspberries in a large bowl. Gently fold in raspberries.

Spray a 8"x8" baking dish with nonstick spray and add oatmeal mixture.
