Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup wing sauce, divided
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • optional ranch or bleu cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns

Directions

In a slow cooker, add chicken, ½ cup wing sauce and onion. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 4–5 hours. 

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks. Reserve ¼ cup liquid from slow cooker. 

Place shredded chicken back in slow cooker with reserved cooking liquid and remaining wing sauce. Stir to combine. Place ¼–⅓cup chicken on each bun and serve with additional wing sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing, if desired.
