- 2 1/2 cups frozen, sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Strawberry sorbet is the perfect dessert for individuals looking for a low calorie, dairy free treat or for any strawberry lover!
Step 1. In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2. Add strawberries, syrup and lemon juice to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 3. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight.
Step 4. Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
