- 2 Tbsp. taco sauce or sriracha
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lime
- to taste, salt
Taco Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- for serving: corn tortillas, Spicy Crema, shredded cheese, cilantro, and avocado

Roasted sweet potatoes and hearty black beans come together in a warm tortilla, creating a deliciously satisfying and nutritious meal. Directions
Combine Spicy Crema ingredients and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add oil to sweet potatoes then season with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano and salt. Roast until potatoes are tender and browning on the outside, 30–40 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in beans. Serve on corn tortillas with desired toppings.
