Servings: Makes 4 bagels

Simplicity meets versatility with these Three Ingredient Bagels. We recommend seasoning them with your favorite savory seasoning (like Everything But the Bagel) and pairing them with our Sheet Pan Eggs for a satisfying breakfast sandwich. 

 

Three Ingredient Bagels

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.

2.  Combine flour, Greek yogurt and baking powder; form into a ball. Divide into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 6–8  inch rope and connect the ends.

3.   If topping, brush each bagel with egg wash and add seasoning. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until lightly browned, 24–28 minutes.

4. Let cool and slice. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
