  • 5 lb. turkey roast
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pat turkey with a paper towel until dry. Combine seasonings and olive oil and press rub all over turkey. Using a roasting pan with insert or a large baking sheet, roast turkey for about 15 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove turkey from oven and tent with aluminum foil. Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Remove netting before slicing.
