Salmon
- 1 pound salmon, skin removed
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp. sriracha

Directions
For salmon
Preheat airy fryer to 375°F.*
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Air fry until cooked through, 5–8 minutes, working in batches if needed.
For Bang Bang sauce
Combine all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
To assemble
Top cooked rice with salmon bites and preferred toppings; drizzle with sauce.
*To bake salmon, preheat oven to 400°F. Bake until salmon is cooked through, 10–12 minutes. For crispy edges, broil on high for 1–2 minutes.
