- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Preparation Notes
To make your own croutons, drizzle 2 cups of cubed bread with 1 Tbsp. oil and ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning. Air fry at 400° F for 4–6 minutes and store in an airtight container for up to one week. Any bread or bun works here, but we recommend using up stale items and bread heels.
