Carrot Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 450⁰F.

  2. Toss carrots with oil, salt and pepper. 

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread carrot chips in one even layer. Bake until carrots are lightly browned, 20–25 minutes.

  4. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
