Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 Tbsp OR 1 tsp fresh dill or dried dill
- 1 Tbsp OR 1 tsp fresh parsley or dried parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
These simple salmon burgers are a great way to get heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids into your diet!
Directions
Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, dill and parsley in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and mustard.
Stir egg mixture into salmon until evenly combined.
Form into four patties. Place patties in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, up to overnight.
To cook, preheat pan over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook until patties are browned on both sides and warmed through, about 4 minutes on each side.
