- 4 cups chicken broth or stock
- 3/4 cup whipped cottage cheese OR ricotta cheese
- 7 sheets lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups chopped baby spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
1. In a large pot, sauté ground beef and garlic until beef is cooked through, 5–8 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning.
