The boneless (also available in bone-in) country style pork ribs are great for the crock pot or grill. Leaner than other pork ribs, a moist heat cooking method is best. Make them great with your favorite BBQ sauce or ask your meat expert for some marinating tips. Teriyaki or citrus flavors go perfectly with pork.
