As we have watched the grocery industry change over the decades, into a world of anonymity and convenience, Fareway remains dedicated to the core principles of our operation.
In an effort to see what our loyal customers love about Fareway, we are introducing our #MyFareway contest. Share a photo of your favorite thing about Fareway to our contest page on Facebook, or simply include the hashtag #MyFareway on a photo on your public Facebook or Instagram page to enter. Since 1938 Fareway’s Meat Market has provided our customers and their families with only the best USDA Choice meat. It is the primary goal of our meat experts to ensure that our customers have the meat of their choosing with the exact cut they are looking for, every time. As the best meat experts in the industry, we are confident that our customers will experience exceptional service and leave with meat that is a cut above the rest.

At Fareway we are committed to providing our customers fresh, high quality produce that is cut in house. Supporting the local farmers in our community is also important to us. It is not uncommon to find fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers in our produce department. Our organic produce sections are expanding as well. We believe we truly are the “Best at Fresh!"

Share a photo of your favorite thing about Fareway on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #MyFareway followed by a short description.

Share a photo of your favorite thing about Fareway on our Fareway Facebook wall with the hashtag, #MyFareway and a caption. (up to 5,000 characters maximum, including hashtag) on the Fareway Facebook page. If uploading your photo via Facebook, your photo must be uploaded in accordance with the Facebook Terms of Service, available at www.facebook.com/legal/terms. You must have your post settings set to “public.” You must have a Facebook account to enter via Facebook. If you do not have a Facebook account, visit www.Facebook.com.
To Enter Via Instagram:
You can enter the contest by logging into your public Instagram account and uploading a photo of your favorite thing about Fareway with the hashtag #MyFareway and submitting a caption. If uploading your photo via Instagram, your photo must be uploaded in accordance with the Instagram Terms of Use, available at https://help.instagram.com/. You must have your post settings set to "public." You must have a Instagram account to enter via Instagram. If you do not have an Instagram account, visit www.Instagram.com.
Determining Prize Winner
All eligible entries will be sorted through and picked at random at the end of the three week contest period.
Winner Selection:
Fareway will select its winners and post the winner’s submitted photos on the Fareway Facebook and Instagram page on the following date:
-September 8th, 2015
Winner Notification
The contest winner will be announced on the Fareway Facebook and Instagram accounts and need to contact Caitlyn Ferin to redeem their prize. A photo will be taken of the grand prize winner and socialized following the event on the Fareway Facebook page.
Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals in the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. Fareway employees and their immediate family members (household) are not eligible for this contest.
License
Each entrant explicitly grants Sponsor and its affiliates and their designees a license to use each Photograph and Description for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes, in any and all media, including but not limited to publication in brochures, blogs, and websites, at Authorized Parties' discretion, without additional consideration, notification, permission to entrant or any third party.
Contest Duration
Photos will be accepted starting August 18, 2015, and will end September 6th, 2015. The grand prize winner will be selected September 6th and announced September 8th.
Terms and Conditions
Fareway reserves the right to disqualify entries for any reason, including entries that do not follow the guidelines outlined above or that are not in the spirit of the contest. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
