  • to taste seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

This drumstick chicken recipe will tide you over until the state fair! 


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Season drumsticks with seasoned salt.

Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat, then brown drumsticks on all sides.

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 35–45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
